Where the Gospel is taking root, the need for strong, biblically grounded leadership quickly follows. Through training and discipleship, we equip local believers to lead with truth, serve with wisdom, and multiply the work of the Church.
The Need
In many of the communities we serve, new believers are stepping into leadership with little or no formal training.
Churches are growing. Communities are coming to faith. But access to biblical teaching and discipleship resources remains limited—especially in remote or restricted regions.

Without a strong foundation in God’s Word, leaders are left to navigate spiritual responsibility without the tools they need to teach, guide, and disciple others.
Our Response
2 Fish Foundation partners with local leaders to provide biblical training and discipleship in accessible and culturally relevant ways.

Through training gatherings and focused teaching, we help equip pastors and lay leaders with a deeper understanding of Scripture—strengthening their ability to lead, teach, and care for their communities. This investment in leadership creates a foundation that extends far beyond a single moment, impacting entire churches and future generations.

In one growing network of believers, leaders with limited education came together with a shared desire—to better understand Scripture and faithfully shepherd their communities. Through training and support, they are now leading and strengthening a rapidly growing body of believers.
